Marion Koepke is excited to support Richard Thomas in his campaign for Mayor of Owen Sound.  Marion is a three-term Councillor from 2014 – 2026 and was previously employed with the City of Owen Sound since 1983, retiring as Clerk in 2010.  You will see Marion out volunteering for various events in Owen Sound and she is a proud 50 year member of the North Grey Women’s Institute, is an ambassador for the Community Foundation Grey Bruce and is also Election Clerk for Elections Ontario.  Marion says “I have worked with Richard for two Council terms and have served with him on the Library Board along with several City Committees.  I know Richard will be very competent in the position of Mayor as he knows Owen Sound and its history, is not afraid to make difficult decisions, is a leader who supports his team, and will make the right choices to advance our City.  He is community minded and will listen to people and their concerns and provide answers and actions.  I encourage you to vote for Richard Thomas for Mayor of Owen Sound.”
